Our Returns and
Refunds Policy

It is our priority to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Blooms & Bicycles Shop purchases. We will therefore give you 14 days from the day of delivery to return your items, providing the item is unused and in it's original condition with all retail labels still attached.  

Should this be the case, we ask that you send us a quick email explaining whether you wish to have an exchange or a refund.  Thereafter we will arrange a convenient date and time with yourself for the item to be collected back (we do this by asking you to provide options with at least two working days notice).  Then we'll send a pre paid label, envelope, bag or box to you via tracked delivery whilst also booking the collection of the parcel on the agreed date and time.  Once the item is received, we can then process your exchange or refund within seven days.

Our Shipping Policy

We offer tracked delivery via the DPD Local 'Next Day' service.  
'Next Day' equates to the next working day after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
A working day equates to Monday to Friday and does not include weekend days (Saturdays or Sundays).
If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, your order will be packed and ready for the courier to collect in the afternoon on the same day the order was placed.
If your order is placed after 12pm Monday to Friday, your order will be packed and booked for collection on the following working day.
When the courier collects your item, they provide us with the parcel's tracking number.  Once we have this we will email you to confirm what the tracking number is and the website you can visit to monitor it's progress while your parcel is in transit. 
If you provide us with your mobile phone number, this will be shared with the courier who also uses SMS text notifications to keep you informed of your parcel's progress while it is in transit.  Should you wish for this not to happen, please contact us to let us know by sending an email to enquiries@bloomsbicycles.co.uk.
In the unusual event of any delays experienced by the courier, your item may not be collected within the timeframes outlined.  If this is the case however, we will notify you via email as soon as we are made aware by the courier of the delays.  
In the event of this happening, we will also remain in touch with you via email to confirm when your item is due to be collected by the courier and also once your item has been collected by them.
