Our Returns and Refunds Policy

It is our priority to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Blooms & Bicycles Shop purchases, which is why we will give you 14 days from the day of delivery to return your items.  

Should this be the case, we ask that you send us a quick email explaining whether you wish to have an exchange or a refund.  Thereafter we will pop a pre paid envelope in the post to you, so you can send us the item back.  Once the item is received we can then process your exchange or refund.
